I am happy to say that I have noticed my clothing is fitting loosely now, the scale no longer yells at me to get off it.
I don't want to say my starting or finishing weight, but I am on my way to it!!! I couldn't be happier.
I am also proud to say that we are eating healthier & less in every meals. Not to mention drinking more water instead of other drinks...and I am doing my complete best to cut caffiene out of my diet.
*some people say I am bragging, I am sorry but I am proud of myself*
